Outbound calls
A key advantage of using Scotia Communications for your
call routing is choice:
• We can route your calls over our Multi-Tier 1 Carrier,
LCR Network to ensure that you
use the optimum carrier for each
call, depending on the worldwide
destination and time of day of that voice or data call. The most appropriate
carrier
varies depending on the circuit
or country and this service is managed remotely for you by the Scotia Communications
Network. Our Multi carrier solution
ensures
resilience and quality at all times.
• Or if you prefer to stay with BT, we cab ensure all your
calls are carried exclusively by
BT over the BT network.
• We will manage your accounts to automatically provide you
with Network discounts as they
become available!
Scotia Communications can explain the options and
compare the advantages for you and either way,
you will benefit from
highly competitive tariffs;
guaranteed!
Clear Management Information and Invoices
We understand the importance of clearly presented management
information. With Scotia you
receive easily understandable invoices and call reports
that put you in control of your
expenditure.
Scotia Communications Call Management Report
The
aims of our report are to analyse an organisation’s
call patterns, identify the key drivers for savings, calculate
the savings available in the market place and recommend
an alternative network where appropriate.
Scotia Communications only connects with ‘Tier One
Carriers’ to ensure the quality of connections and
reliability of service. We will provide you with service
profiles on the alternative carriers and networks; this
will allow you to make an informed decision on the right
carrier for your business.
Managing the Migration
If a new carrier has been selected and an application for
service completed, Scotia Communications will manage the
migration for you, from processing the application to supervising
any installation and normally utilising CPS (Carrier Pre
Selection) to carry your calls. This is carried out on
the BT network and does not require any work to be carried
out at the customer's premises. There are occasions where
this will not be the best solution possible and alternative
methods of connection will be made available.
Continually Monitoring the Market
As well as supporting any ongoing customer service requirements,
Scotia Communications will continue to monitor the market
on your behalf; conducting quarterly reviews to identify
any changes in your call patterns in order to maintain
the most cost-effective network and tariff solution.
We automatically apply Network discounts as soon as they
become available!
