Account Manager
Every
customer is appointed their own named, ‘office-based’
Personal Account Manager who will:

Be available to take calls throughout the working day.
• Deal with your needs personally – calls are
not passed on to any third party.
• Regularly advise on ways to improve service, reduce
cost.
• Keep you up to date with new developments in services
and technology.
Deputy Account Manager
Each
Personal Account Manager has a Deputy working with them to
ensure continuity and knowledge of your account. The Deputy
will:

Provide back up to your Personal Account Manager during holiday
periods.
• Know who you are and have access to information about
your account.
• Take responsibility for dealing with your requests
in the absence of your Personal Account Manager.
